From the garden at the rear, a glazed door opens into a sunny conservatory, which in turn leads into the spacious kitchen/dining, with utility room and shower room off, and then to the sitting room. A separate staircase (straight flight) goes to the landing, with bathroom and two double bedrooms, one with views towards the ‘sunrise coast’, the other overlooking gardens at the front. For 2012, electrical central heating throughout.
